James is detail oriented, respectful and gave information that we required within hours. We specifically asked for details on zoning and city permits which are usually difficult to get, but James provided the required information within a matter of hours. He also gave some idea about the selling agents approach. He is patient with his clients. We are still working with him to find a house.

Jim is a rare find. He has a tremendous work ethic and really tries his very best to help. Our search for a home in San Diego has been a pleasure in large part to Jim Hiatt's help, encouragement and perseverance. I can't imagine a nicer person to lead you through the process of buying real estate in San Diego. Superb!!

What can I say, if you are buying or selling a home in North Coastal San Diego, then Jim is the only Realtor you should use. I have a very busy schedule and he was always able to adapt to my needs. I've lived in RSF for years, but even he knew things about the local area that I was unaware of. Last, but not least he is extremely smart on the market trends and quite frankly probably the most over qualified real estate agent I've ever met. Bottom line - he is amazing.

Jim is very professional. He has great knowledge about the area and the schools, which are very important to us. He is very responsive, and is quick to answer all of our questions and concerns. I give him my highest recommendation.
