     Looking to check the value of your home? Have you used Zillow for an estimation? Its a great tool that as a Sonora Broker that I use. Is it accurate? Sometimes and others times its off by thousands. The best tool is work with an agent/broker who has the experience and knowledge of the local community. The more accurate the value the chances increase for an actual sale. The higher number quoted is sometimes not accurate and it does little good to have a home on the market 6 months without an offer or any showings. Thinking of selling? Each of us may have our favorite websites, I enjoy reading newspapers online from local to the NYtimes. It was the best meal of my life and it was do to Yelp and its readers.
