Bought a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $350K in Arlington Heights, IL.

I've known Jim professionally for a few years now. When I was finally ready to purchase, he was the first person I called. We'd had conversations over the past 4 or so years about home rentals (and he helped me rent my last one). Why I worked with Jim on my home purchase has everything to do with his expertise, responsiveness, local knowledge and negotiation skills. Not only did Jim to a great job at helping me identify the perfect home, but he held my hand through the entire process, making it seamless and stress free. He helped me to identify an inspector (walked me through the process and what I should be looking for), he helped me identify a lender and an attorney (both of which were wonderful). He helped to put together an awesome team of professionals dedicated to helping me buy a home. Beyond his help there, he was extremely knowledgeable about the area and their homes. He knew the history on most homes and streets, helping me to streamline my decision making process. I'm extremely lucky to have worked with Jim. Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $225K in Hoffman Estates, IL.

Jim Holder is an excellent realtor and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Jim helped us with our first home purchase and was with us every step of the way with expert advice and showed true professionalism throughout the entire process.

Not only did Jim negotiate a great deal on our behalf, he also went the extra mile by following up with us after the purchase and showed us how to file for a lower tax rate online locally and with the county. I never felt rushed or pressured working with Jim, instead he was very happy to answer all of our many questions and always available to take us on showings.

Jim is the type of realtor that you can trust to patiently work with you throughout the process, shows excellent responsiveness and will go to bat for you when it comes time to negotiate a deal.
