Sold a home in 2012.
Mr. Mann listed our property for quite some time. We knew it would take the right buyer for the property to sell. Mr. Mann went above and beyond at various stages leading up to the closing on the property. Mr. Mann was definitely knowledgeable about the area. In my home search, I got in touch with Jim...and throughout the search, Jim did his best in answering any questions I had regarding different homes. As well, when he did not know a certain bit of information, he had no hesitation in aquiring the info needed to resolve concerns.

Jim was very courteous and knowledgeable about the local economy and the likely processes we'd have had to go through in selling our house. He was always available to discuss and help us with our listing. Great guy to have helping you sell a home!
