Sold a home in 2014.

We had the privilege to work with Jim in buying our new home with our relocation back to South Dakota. Jim is one of those guys that does what he says and is a real pleasure to work with. For the folks that might be selling or buying in the area; Jim's knowledge of the area is superb and a real closer. We had a number of homes we looked at in the process where the agent would meet us at the home, open the door and then simply stand around offering little to no information. Jim understands this balance of providing information without coming across pushy. There are always hurdles these days it seems and Jim is right there offering sound advice and working through it with you to the end!  More Less

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Sioux Falls, SD.

My husband and I were looking for a vacation home in the Hill City area. We were referred to Jim Peterson and June Johnson by our son who purchased a vacation home from Jim a few years ago. Our son was very satisfied with his purchase experience dealing with Integrity Realty. Jim and June took the time to meet with us on several occasions to fully understand what we were looking for in a vacation home. Jim and June then showed us several houses and when we found one that met our needs they were very attentive and made our purchase experience flow smoothly. After the purchase, they have followed up on several occasions to make sure everything was going well and offered some great suggestions on local tradesmen to help us on the re-model of the cabin. Bought a home in 2011.

Jim Peterson did an amazing job helping me find property in the Black Hills. I gave him my wish list (which was not short and simple!) all that I wanted in a horse property and he quickly helped me find the perfect property. He didn't waste my time or make the process frustrating by showing me properties that didn't meet my criteria. Unfortunately, my "dream property" required joining two parcels from different subdivisions and with different zoning. To accomplish this, Jim had to negotiate with two different sellers and attend, over several months, numerous planning and zoning commission meetings to get all necessary approvals from county commissioners. But Jim was dedicated and tenacious and I now have my horse property. It truly is my dream come true and I know it couldn't have happened without an agent like Jim!  More Less
