Zillow provides good information and it is helpful, but they are not close to as accurate as a local real estate agent would be.  Local agents will have the most up to date information and will also be able to adjust for more factors (i.e. condition) that can greatly affect the value.  Most agents will provide a CMA at no cost and that will be a much better indication of the true current value of your home.

All landlords are different.  Most will take multiple factors into consideration when deciding and credit score is just one.  If you are upfront with the owners and let them know, that will help.  Best of luck.

In selling your home there are really only two main factors.  Price and condition.  The market is clearly telling you, you are still overpriced.  Due to your time frame, a price reduction is going to be much more effitive than a new agent would be...

A pre approval is just the first step, but should be done as soon as possible.  There is really no reason to wait.

Zestimates are just rough guesstimates.  I would not rely on a Zestimate for anything more than a ballpark number.  Contact a loacal real estate agent and they will provide you a free CMA.

I would actually directly contact a local real estate agent.  They will have much more specific and detailed data available to them than Zillow will. Most will do a CMA and answere questions like this for you at no charge and would be happy to do so.

I would contact the owner whom you are in agreement with and see if they are willing to work out something with you.  That is the best place to start and then take it from there...They may be willing to work something out with you.

All you have to do is claim the home as your own.  You can then change anything you want about the home.  Description, pictures, etc...

Best thing to do is ask a local agent.  Zestimates are not as accurate as people think they are or want them to be.  A local agent has the most up to date information and can also adjust for condition and finish level.

It just seems like discrimination, if the seller advertises "NO VA or FHA". Especially, for VA.

Some homes do not qualify for different reasons.  It almost surely is not done for discrimination...
