I have use a few realtors over the years. Jim is the type of realtor that makes you feel good about paying a commission in the sale of your house. He actually works for you and will get you the best offer your property will produce.

After living in an apartment for a few years I made the decision to buy a house. I met Jim one day calling for information on one of his listings. I knew I didn’t want to move too far from my apartment and I am not much for window shopping. I got the information I needed on the house and sat on the decision for a while before finally putting in on offer. The difference I feel Jim offers in my experience with him is patience. I was not eager to make an overnight decision and Jim has a personality that matched what I needed in the whole home buying experience. Patience. So if you’re looking for a guy that you can feel comfortable getting to know and not have that pressure to act, Jim is your guy. He will work with yeah and offer advice and point you to the resources you need to make smart and comfortable decisions. On a personal note he will go the extra mile for you if you put in the effort too. It’s important to have great communication skills in this market and Jim is responsive and fast. I always felt like I was the only one he must have been working with because he replied so fast to my e-mails/calls/tests!

Jim was very professional throughout the whole process. It was my first experience in buying home, and he was very informative throughout the process. He made sure I was comfortable with all my decisions and walked me through all the steps. Jim was very patient as I narrowed my selections of houses that interested me and was always there to help when I needed him. He exceeded my expectations and negotiated a price lower than what I was expecting. I would definitely recommend Jim to anyone buying/selling a home and I plan on using him again in the future.

Bought a home in 2010.
Jim worked with us to find exactly the home we wanted even when it was very short notice for a showing. He was always very professional. He would accomodate our schedule and sent lots of homes our way on line for us to look at. He helped us negotiate our price and worked with us on all the paperwork to get us to the closing and in to our home. I would reccommend Jim to anyone who is looking to sell or buy a home.
