Jim has lived and worked in the Southern California area since 1985. He first got into real estate in 1989 when a good friend and he pursued opening their own real estate investing business. The market took a dramatic turn around that time, but he took with him many important lessons on how to be creative during down markets.

Jim has worked as a full-time Realtor for the past 5 years at Keller Williams VIP Properties located in Valencia, California. During this time he has been privileged to work with many different types of clients, both affluent and entry level. Sine 50% of this clients are buyers and 50% are sellers, Jim brings a very balanced approach and knowledge, which he feels gives him an advantage to offer insight to both his buyer and seller clients.

Over the past 2 years Jim has been heavily involved in the Short Sale and Foreclosure markets in Southern California. His experience in these "now" markets allows him to represent both his buyer and seller clients with the professionalism, compassion and experience necessary to navigate this constantly changing environment.

Although Jim's business is based in Santa Clarita Valley, his church and previous work place are both located in San Fernando Valley. this has allowed his business to be split equally in both the Santa Clarita and San Fernando Valleys. Jim feels this is another great advantage to his clients as he is intimately familiar with a broad range of neighborhoods.

Jim also has access to a full-time team of professionals, whose combined real estate experience measures in the decades and are among the best in the business. Jim brings all these professionals to the table when working with his clients to bring the best in customer experience and satisfaction.

Jim's focus for his clients is:
  1. To be the real estate market expert for his clients by answering or getting the answers to all their real estate related questions and/or concerns.
  2. For his clients to receive a "10 out of 10" customer experience when working with his team. 
  3. For every transaction to be a "win-win" or no deal.
  4. To be reachable, approachable and relatable to and for his clients by providing open, honest and consistent communication throughout the real estate transaction(s).
  5. To diligently, aggressively, and daily work full-time to help his clients achieve their real estate goals.
  6. To do the right thing, every time, in every transaction, no matter what.
