After years of buying and selling homes Jimmy "D" impressed me the most. He and Beverley WORKED to make it happen and accomplished the deal in days! They were in constant contact, up to date on any news, transparent in the contract and really made me feel like a valued customer. I will never use another agent to buy or sell. I even recommended him to a friend and he found the perfect property for them in days!

Mr. Dugger worked hard to help us find a home. He worked seven days a week and was available anytime we wanted to look at homes or just ask questions. From the moment we met Jimmy D we felt like we were in good hands. He is knowledgeable about the area and the workings of the entire process of buying a home. We don't believe you will find anyone who will be more dedicated to your interest or put in more hours for you.

Jimmy Dugger is absolutely THE BEST real estate agent and the ONLY one you will every need! Jimmy and his team go above and beyond in every aspect of the word. They helped us out so much when we had to sadly sell our dream home and relocate and Jimmy was there for us every step of the way -even when things got a little rough at times. Look no further! You won't regret it. We recommend Jimmy to everyone to is looking to sell or buy a home. The word "can't" isn't in Jimmy's vocabulary. We appreciate him so much and all his expertise in selling our beautiful home in Culleoka. We have been in Missouri now for a little over 2 years and miss our home in Tennessee. Jimmy D Dugger is not only the best Realtor I have ever met (and I've met a lot, being a Realtor myself), he is also a very smart man, he knows there is more to real-estate than price and location. There is the emotional stress of moving and waiting for the right buyer; Jimmy helped me through all the legal as well as emotional details of going from, "for sale" to "sold".

Bought a Single Family home in 2004 for approximately $200K in Columbia, TN.
Jimmy was very understanding of what we were looking for in a home. My wife wanted a style of home and particular yard size and Jimmy found what we were looking for. All of this within a 2 week period. We had sold our home in North Middle Tennessee and needed to close on a home in record time and Jimmy pulled it off with no hiccups. Awesome experience!
