Jimmy Gilley sold a home for my grandmothers estate to be settled. He was able to get the home sold quickly and made negotiations a breeze with by staying in close contact with me, the trustee of the estate, and the buyers. I know he has done well selling a lot of homes in my old neighborhood and he also sold a good friend of mines parents home for them and they said they were very pleased with him. The only reason I'd go with the 4/5 in negotiation skills is because we were very firm about wanting the property sold quickly, so I don't know the full scope of his negotiation skills but I can attest to his ability to move a home quickly for still a very fair price.…MoreLess
