Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $125K in Historic Kenwood, Saint Petersburg, FL.
Jim treated us like neighbors and friends from the start and helped us get an amazing deal on a wonderful Craftsman Bungalow in our favorite neighborhood. He was on top of things every step of they way and even held our hands on things we were unsure of. Jim is nothing short of an amazing person and real estate agent.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Historic Kenwood, Saint Petersburg, FL.
This was my first time buying a home, so I wasn't sure what to expect or what to do. I'm glad I had the opportunity to work with Jim on my first home. The great thing about Jim is that he isn't going to show you something you have no interest in, he understands what people want, he wasn't dragging me to homes I had no business being in. More importantly, Jim knows St.Pete (especially Historic Kenwood) better than 95% of the realtors out there. Finally, Jim is a straight shooter, you can tell him what you want, and he will tell you whether that is likely to happen, and even if it isn't he will ask anyway.
I highly recommend Jim to anyone in the St.Petersburg / St.Pete area, especially if you are looking for a historic home.

Sold a home in 2011.
He is extremely knowledgeable about neighborhoods and the prices of homes in those neighborhoods. He is relentless in finding the perfect house and in selling it when I am ready to sell. I wouldn't use any one else and would recommend him to anyone who is buying or selling..

We have been very impressed with Jim's work. He's very well connected in St. Petersburg and knows the area well. His relational personality was easy to work with and his drive got the job done. He walked us through a challenging short sale in a professional and highly efficient manner. He knows who to talk to and how to make things happen. Jim is a champ!
