Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $475K in Geneva, IL.
Jeff and his team have excellent knowledge and experience of the market and the area. We found that Jeff was very helpful in the up front preparations and putting together a plan for selling our home. He and his team moved very quickly to get the home listed.
We found that once we got further into the process there was much less support provided. At that point, we were working through the process on our own or with our lawyer with limited support from Jeff and his team. There were also times where calls our emails were not immediately returned or took some time to hear back. In general, it felt like Jeff and his team were much more disengaged once we had an offer instead of continuing to guide us through the process.…MoreLess

Thank you for this honest feedback. We need to hear this. The perception of our clients is what really matters. Our perception was that we had hit a home run since we sold the home in the first week at a higher price than forecasted and we were communicating in a timely manner with all the parties involved. We apologize that your calls were not immediately returned and that you felt disengaged after signing the contract.
