Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Geneva, IL.
We listed our high end Geneva townhome through Jeff during one of the worst time to sell real estate in the Chicago area. Jeff was very honest about the market and led us through the entire process. It seemed like a long time, but we were fortunate that it was only 7 months. Many homes in the area took 2 years to sell. Jeff found the right buyer that decided our place was exactly what they wanted. Mr. Jordan's been selling real estate in the Tri-Cities area (Geneva-St. Charles-Batavia) for a long time and he knows the market inside and out. It was a complete pleasure working with Jeff Jordan and his entire staff.

Easy to work with and covering every detail they make sure you understand how to stage your home, what the contract you are signing means & everything that follows after. This is the third time I have worked with Jeff & each time I am confident I will be completely satisfied...I am. I highly recommend them! I met Jeff Jordan in June 2012 and after 30 minutes of conversation I knew he was the Agent for me. I found Jeff Jordan and his team to be very helpful in selling my home. He provided many comps for setting the asking price. He would follow up with answers to my questions immediately. Market updates were given frequently by phone. His staff was excellent about keeping me up-to-date on the progress until the house sold. Jeff and his team made many efforts to show the home, not just list it. I would recommend him!
