I can't say enough about Joann! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Joann is the kind of person that makes you feel like she is there for YOU. We looked at over a dozen homes and she was always there with a friendly smile. We found a lovely property and Joanna is handling the negotiation like a pro. Both my wife and I are in awe with how she makes such an overwhelming first time buyer feel at ease, answering every little question we have. We call her almost daily and she never makes us feel like we are a trouble. If you want a great experience, like most of us would, you have to give Joann a call. Thanks, so much for your hard work!
