Bought a home in 2012.
I purchased a HUD home thru Jo in early 2012. She was willing to put an offer in to HUD and do a lot of work on a very slight possibility that they would accept my offer (they did) and she still didn't make much off it.

She is great at showing houses and not putting ANY type of pressure on you. I will continue using her for future transactions.
