Bought a home in 2010.
With my recent relocation to northern Kentucky and have never bought a home before, Joan turned out to be the perfect person to work with! She was more than helpful in helping us find a home, even when the home we bought turned out to be in Indiana. She even ventured out with us in the record snowfall last year to look a a home 'off the beaten track'. She made the whole home buying process a pleasure. I can't imagine there's any one more delightful to work with than Joan.

Joan Dixon was recommended to me through my daughter and I was so impressed with her professionalism, timliness and dedication to me throughout my home search. Bought a home in 2007.
There aren't enough words to express the amount of satisfaction I have received from Joan Dixon and her professional staff at preferred properties! Joan had the utmost amount of professionalism while always maintaining an honest opinion. Her knowledge of the area was OUSTANDING! She didn't just help me find my dream house; she helped me make it a HOME. If we ever needed advice on finding anything from doctors, to a great place to eat, we would call Joan Dixon! We have since moved out of state and are hoping to go back to the area! We just wish we had someone like Joan and her team here to help us sell our home. I am certain when we move back we will not hesitate to use her again!

Bought a Condo home in 2011 in Florence, KY.
I have known Joan Dixon for over 30 years. At that time I was very young and had little money but still wanted to purchase my first home. Joan worked tirelessly to try and find a home I could afford. She worked so hard you would have thought I was shopping for million dollar property!
I was so impressed with this I have always sought her out when buying or selling property and I've never been disappionted! I couldn't recommend Joan more!

Bought a Single Family home in 2009 in Florence, KY.
We have been real estate investors for a number of years and dealt with a lot of different agents.
