Bought a home in 2012.
Joan spent a great deal of time with us reviewing the status of Hilton Head residential and villa availability, pricing and value throughout the Island, but especially Sea Pines Plantation, where we have been vacationing since 1968. Joan exhibits thorough knowledge of the area as well as great resourcefulness. She well understands the process and is fully committed to her clients, with all of the time, prompt and complete responses and sage advice, so you ultimately find what bests meets your needs and desires. She helped us narrow our outlook to a Sea Pines Plantation Club Villa in excellent condition which we purchased at a very attractive price and closed on on March 6, 2012. We unconditionally recommend Joan to any prospective Buyer.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $625K in Hilton Head Island, SC.
