My husband, Art and I work together to help people who want to retire or semi-retire to the island. I specialize in oceanfront properties, second homes, and residential real estate.

I was a licensed Realtor-Associate in California and now a Licensed Broker in Hawaii, now residing on The Big Island. My accreditations include: Accredited Home Stager and Quality Service Certified and 1031 TAx Deferred Exchange Specialist.  I have been licensed and have assisted folks in purchasing homes and investments for over 14 years.

We own a vacation rental, "Kapoho Joes Beach House" and the "Turtle Suite"  in Kapoho Beach Lots,
I also manage 14 vacation rentals in our area.
