Sold a home in 2011.
Joanna helped me with a short sale of my 2nd home. Through no fault of ours, the first buyer backed out in the middle of the process and my bank wanted to proceed with a Deed in Leiu and/or Foreclosure, which would have dragged on. Right away, Joanna was able to secure a 2nd buyer and worked diligently with my bank to extend the deadlines. The short sale went through and everyone was happy. Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $175K in Tule Springs, Las Vegas, NV.
Joanna was great! She was recommened to me from a friend, and it was the best recommendation ever. She always returned my calls or emails very quickly. She was very active with meeting our needs, I told her what we were looking for in a house and within minutes she would email listings of homes. And once we found our house she was on top of everything, from getting an inspection to negotiating with the seller. Any questions that I had about the house in general or the process of buying the house, Joanna had the answer. And if she somehow didn't know she would find out and got me an answer ASAP.
