May I Introduce Myself . . .  

As you know from the welcome page, I am Joanne Gardiner, a licensed real estate broker in California. I am a full-time, full-service broker.  For more than 30 years I have assisted buyers and sellers throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and other parts of California.

To buy or sell real estate wisely buyers and sellers need knowledge, dedication and experience on their side. I bring you all these elements and more.  In this fast-paced market of foreclosures, you will find it comforting to know I am certified in listing and selling Bank Owned properties.

When I represent buyers my focus is to lead them through the complex maze of negotiations, finance, disclosures, inspections, etc. to enable them to make the best buy possible.

In representing sellers my focus is to guide them through an even more complex maze including effective planning and marketing, negotiations,  disclosures, contract clauses and other aspects so they realize the most for their properties in the least amount of time and with as little inconvenience as possible.
