Bought a Townhouse home in 2013 for approximately $225K in Stapleton, Denver, CO.
I would highly recommend Jody as your representative agent. She is incredibly knowledgable about the real estate market and realistic in navigating the many twists of purchasing a property. I participated in purchasing a short sale property (something I said I would never do), but Jody made it happen !!!!!!! She worked long and hard for me, was always available, up on the negotiations and escrow process. I know I would not be the owner of my new Colorado home had it not been for Jody's professional assistance. She is the BEST !!!!!!!!

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $375K in University, Denver, CO.
We bought our property and sold it 3 years later with Jody Donley.
I was very impressed by her professionalism and responsiveness.
We got into extensive negotiations both times and I was so pleased with her skills and knowledge, especially since we were first time buyers and first time sellers. We got really lucky with Jody and I would highly recommend her.

Jody goes above and beyond to help her clients!
I moved from a different state and she facilitated our purchase of home in Stapleton that hadn't even begun its construction process. We were only able to go through this process with confidence because of the reassurance and knowledgeable communication Jody provided for us. She has very good relationships with the builders so she functioned as an effective buffer between us and the builders at times. She was a constant and comforting presence throughout the entire process of new home construction, walk-throughs, interior feature decisions and closing. The best realtor we've ever had in all of our home purchase and sale experience (4 transactions in all).

Bought a home in 2012.
jody knows the stapleton delvelopment and surrounding areas very well. She always makes herself available. Jody even was our "proxy" when we could not make our walk through.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $425K in Stapleton, Denver, CO.
Jody was the second broker that we used to sell our house. After 4 mos and nothing with the first broker, we used Jody. After the switch, our house was under contract in 4 days. However, this first sale fell through after 3 weeks. Within 6 hours of the first buyer pulling out, Jody had us under contract with the eventual purchaser of our home.

We received what turned out to be the offer we accepted to sell our home the first day it was marketed by Jody in Multi-List. Need I say anything more than this regarding her fantastic knowledge of the correct manner for marketing homes in the Denver area?
Jody worked with us and understood our desire to list our house at the most realistic price for our market zone. The offer we received in full, and subsequent appraisal in full, reflected her knowledge and attention to her customers' (our) expectation that the house not initially be listed high and later have to resort to lowering the price to meet the market as some other agents may incorporate into their marketing plans. Jody is certainly NOT an advocate of pricing too high!
We appreciate Jody's methodology and her market expertise; we would definitely recommend her to anyone in need of a professional, market-oriented real estate agent and/or broker.
