Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in Harwood, MD.
Jody Greber was an immense help throughout the entire process of selling my mother in law's home on a large property. We live a distance away so it was a relief to be able to have confidence that Jody was reliable, knowledgeable and attentive. Over the months that we did some remodeling and sprucing up of the home, Jody provided us with the names of numerous reliable contractors. She even touched base with them to request that they make the task a priority in their busy schedules and they did. Jody came to the property several times to help us decide what updates made sense. Two days after the house was listed, Jody contacted us with news of multiple offers at and above asking price. It all went smoothly and we enjoyed her calm and friendly manner. She was very professional in all of our dealings with her and kept us informed. We highly recommend Jody Greber.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $425K in Edgewater, MD.
Jody Greber was the best agent I'd ever worked with. Her attention to detail on the things we were looking for was on point. We told her what we was looking for and she nailed it right on the head. Scheduling times to see houses was never a problem. Working together on weekends was never a problem. She is very aggresive and loves her job and clients. Her experience and people skills played a big part while negotiating a contract and pricing of the house to meet our budget was priceless. Constantly keeping me updated on new homes for sale, day to day. Was AWESOME and easy. Every morning I'd get an email with new listings for review. Waking up and drinking a fresh cup of coffee, while looking at houses for sale was nice. I would highly recommend her to represent any single family buying thier home. To this day, she still remains to be a great friend.

Sold a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $300K in Baltimore, MD.
Jody is the very BEST!!! She made my very difficult situation go easy. I didn't think I had a chance of coming up with a workable solution with the sale of my home - but Jody made it happen. Her experience, negotiating skills, and calm demeanor pushed my sale through very quickly. She was always on top of things and always kept me informed every step of the way. I am so grateful for such a dedicated realtor. Without Jody, my house would not have been sold so quickly.

Bought a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $225K in Annapolis, MD.
EXCELLENT!!! A+++ After buy two previous homes, this was the easiest and least stressful purchase of them all; even though it was a short sale which can usually be pretty hairy. Jody knew the right people and the right questions to ask. We went from making an offer to approving a short sale to closing in less than 60 days! Very easy to communicate with and was ALWAYS available. I have already recommended Jody to friends and collegues!

Jody was an amazing agent! She was always super responsive, always available when needed and always made us feel comfortable during the sometimes nerve racking process of purchasing our first home. If ever in the position to purchase a new home or sell our current home we'd only use Jody!

Jody was great to work with. She was very patient, thorough, and took the time to explain every detail along the home buying process.
It took over a year for us to find the right house and Jody did not lose her patience with us at all. Jody stuck with us through the stressful experiences of an employment change and a short sale that wound up being rejected by the bank.
Jody even helped us post-purchase by tracking down photos from the web listing of our home to keep for our records.

Jody Greber is a very very responsive and well prepared Real Estate professional. Throughout our experience with her when selling our home she was extremely thorough and forthright in bringing us the most up to date market data regarding sales activity in our area. She took the time to not only do the research but also to take us out to actually see and inspect competitor home sales in our market.
Jody is not only a true professional but also the most upbeat, positive person you could ever work with when selling your home. Highly recommended!
