Sold a Condo home in 2011 for approximately $425K in Bowling Woodlawn, Nashville, TN.
We found Joe Hach of Keller Williams to be the ideal real estate agent. He is knowledgeable, frank in his assessment of the saleability of your house, and always willing to go the extra mile – many extra miles, in our case – to help you find your new home. Our house sold quickly at a good price, and on the buying end, Joe guided us to a deal on a wonderful home at a very reasonable price. He knows Nashville extraordinarily well. He is consummately professional. When it comes to the paperwork and nitty-gritty of selling and buying, Joe provides clear assistance and steady guidance. We would not hesitate to recommend him.

Joe has worked tirelessly in our best interests to help us find the perfect house for our family. He responds quickly, kept us up to date on local real estate and has a very user friendly website to help search for homes. He was also very helpful in the negotiation process. In addition, Joe has a wealth of experts in many areas (home inspection, painting, yard work) that we have used happily.

Joe is extremely professional and knowledgeable, and his response time to phone calls, emails, and texts is immediate. He helped us purchase a home while were were living over 500 miles away in North Carolina. It was comforting to know that we were in such good hands, and he has our highest recommendation.

If you are looking for a realtor in the Nashville area, I highly recommend working with Joe Hach. He helped my husband and me find our home when we moved here for work from out of state and we are so thankful we used him. He is extremely knowledgeable about all the areas of town. He is able to help you decide the best area for you based on what you are looking for. Not only is he skilled at finding you a variety of homes you will love, but also takes the time to show you the neighborhoods, pointing out the advantages and disadvantages of specific areas. He is truly looking to find you the home of your dreams much more than he is trying to close a deal. He will never pressure you into buying a property just to make a sale. He truly has your best interest at heart. In addition to that, he is just a wonderful person as well. He and his family have become a part of our extended family here in Nashville as a result. The relationship doesn't end at the closing of the house. He has been there for us several times we have needed help with a variety of things. We STRONGLY recommend choosing Joe for your real estate needs.

Joe helped me locate the perfect home in a town brand new to me. He invested time with me on a visit to Nashville prior to me determining if I would take a job and relocate from Cleveland, OH, and that was just the beginning. He truly got to know me and my home preferences and helped me hone in on the right home. He is knowledgeable about the area with over 30 years experience and has handled a multitude of transactions; Joe's negotiation skills proved excellent and I bought my new home at a great price while he took care of all the details and kept me up to date throughout the process. In addition, Joe has formed relationships with many home service professionals throughout the years and provided referrals for top of the line services e.g. home and chimney inspection. I have already recommended Joe to another professional relocating to the area and he is just as pleased with Joe's knowledge and service. Joe also has a great sense of humor! I highly recommend Joe Hach.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $250K in Nashville, TN.
Due to a job transfer in October, 2011 my husband and I needed to sell our Nashville home and relocate to Los Angeles in less than two months. I recalled that our neighbor used Joe the previous year to sell his home quickly so I contacted Joe to determine if we would be able to sell our home. He immediately contacted me and within a week assisted me in staging our home, had professional photos taken and listed it. Three days later we had an offer and in less than a week had a signed contract on the house!!! This, in an abysmal housing market, no less!
Joe was amazingly honest with us regarding the value of our home and the prospects of selling it quickly. He is knowledgeable about the entire Nashville market and has an army of contacts ready to deal with needed repairs or upgrades to your home -- whether small or large. I would highly recommend him to any and all that are in need of a real estate agent.

We could not have been happier with our experience with Joe Hach. From start to finish, we had a wonderful experience.
We relocated to Nashville and Joe was recommended to us through a workplace reference. We knew very little about Nashville and relied heavily on our visits with Joe to familiarize ourselves with the city. Joe's local knowledge was the first thing that struck us. Through our early visits and tours with Joe, we quickly became familiar with area and knew our way around very well. That allowed us to quickly hone in on the areas we were interested in living.
From there, the process was very smooth. Although we were living in North Carolina, Joe made it very easy for us to view houses. His website is very user friendly, especially the functionality to save favorites. His expertise really showed when we made our visits to look at houses. It did not take long for Joe to quickly catch on to our likes and dislikes with the houses we saw. He began sending us houses that were closer and closer to what we were looking for. That made our future visits so much more productive. Most, if not all, of our visits took place on the weekends. Joe's responsiveness and willingness to work with us on weekends was above and beyond the call of duty.
Once we found the house we wanted, Joe was instrumental in helping us craft an attractive offer - both attractive for us as buyers and for the sellers. Counter-offers were involved in our purchase and Joe served as an excellent voice of reason in putting together our final offer.
With his years of experience and impressive local knowledge, Joe did an excellent job of guiding us through our home search process. We truly feel like we found the perfect house for our family, which makes Nashville already feel like home.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $425K in Sylvan Park, Nashville, TN.
My husband and I began looking for our first home in the midst of one of the most hectic times - moving across the country, finding jobs, and starting a family. We were SO lucky to meet Joe. He was willing help in every way.
He is unbelievable knowledgeable about EVERYTHING regarding houses. He knows neighborhoods, comps, construction, other real estate agents, inspectors, plumbers, contractors, lawyers, and bankers (helped us find a great banker). He walks through a house and can see concerning things as well as areas for future potential. He gives sound advice every step of the way.
He is very dedicated. He showed us houses all over Nashville and the surrounding area until we figured our favorite neighborhoods. We saw SO many houses together and he ready and willing the entire time. Even after buying our home, he continues to be available to us if we have any questions.
He is flexible. He showed us houses whenever we were in town, kept in close contact despite long distance, and helped us consider rental options if needed. He was willing to preview houses for us and see houses with my mom when we weren’t available.
He is extremely organized, reliable, and professional. He was always on time and had all the information about the houses. He negotiated the deal perfectly and was meticulous about all the details regarding our offer and contracts.
Obviously, Joe went above and beyond our expectations. He was recommended to me by one of my best friends and I would recommend him to EVERYONE!!!
Additionally, we consulted Joe when were were planning renovations. He ran the numbers in our area, gave us honest and realistic guidelines and directed us the best return on investment. He has always had excellent recommendations for anything from cleaning services, general contractors to financial management! We absolutely recommend Joe, and have to five other people who also had wonderful experiences!
