Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $200K in Pitman, NJ.
I had the pleasure of having Joe as my realtor, guide, and friend as I purchased two homes. Joe helped find my first home in 2003 as well as the home my mother and I purchased together in 2012. Joe has also purchased and sold properties for other members of my family. Joe has always gone above and beyond the call of duty. As I was going through a divorce in 2012 and working outside the home for the first time, Joe sold my mother's home and found the perfect property for my elderly mother, my daughter, and myself. Without a work history and just starting up a business to support myself, Joe worked his magic and put me it touch with a bank that would hold my mortgage. All of this within 2 months time. Joe is a true professional in every sense of the word. He is the only realtor I would use or recommend.

Joe is a true professional. He knew we wanted to sell quickly. He did not sugarcoat the market. He came prepared with the market analysis data for our area and we priced the house to sell. He looked out for us the entire time. When there was a hiccup with the first prospective buyers, he moved us out of those negotiations and then worked double time to find new buyers. Joe's reputation already precedes him and we choose him as our relator based on numerous recommendations.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Swedesboro, NJ.
Joe was the best agent that we had dealt with in our 2 year search for our dream home. Joe stood by our side through thick and thin and pointed us in the right direction when questions arose. Aside from Joe being an outstanding person he is well connected in the industry and what took other agents years to accomplish Joe had done in a matter of 3 months. I would highly recommend Joe to anyone looking to buy a house as he will be the only agent that me and my family will deal with moving forward. He is the reason my newborn is sound asleep in our dream home and I could not have been happier or more appreciative of everything he did for me and my family.

We would highly recommend Joe as a realtor and would absolutely hire him again in the future. Joe sold a home for us in 2011 and spent almost a year helping us to find a new home that we settled on in 2012. He is patient, diligent and professional. We were tough customers and Joe spent a lot of time with us to find just the right house. He also stayed on top of everything to make sure settlement went smoothly on both transactions. He is a genuinely good person who looked out for our best interests and was not just trying to make a sale.

Joe is very familiar and has high amount of knowledge in the S Jersey area. He listens well and dialed in on the specific area and type of home we were looking for quickly. Joe stayed in touch the entire time and was always available when we needed or had a question, all the way thru the close process. Joe was simply outstanding!

Joe was our real estate person and it seemed he never rested. He was always on top of any opportunity or situation that presented itself in our search to purchase a home. He knew the neighborhoods, he knew local situations in terms of noise, he was not judgmental with regard to some of our choices, he knew construction of homes and could point out issues that may not have been obvious to us.If and when we purchase anoher property or when we sell our current primary residence, Joe will be the perons we will have. I have told people in work that, if they are looking to buy or sell, to get in touch with Joe. That way they will know that they are getting complete and dedicated service, hat nothing will be left to chance. I cannot say enough good things about Joe.
