Joe was truly a pleasure to work with. In addition to great market knowledge and timely reponses all on all of my questions, he was always willing to go above and beyond in order to ease the burden of trying to sell a home.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $600K in Fairfax, VA.Summary:
We have now worked with Joe twice - once to sell a house and once to buy. After our experience with him on the selling end, there was no question who we wanted to work with to purchase a home.
He certainly merits all the "5-Star" ratings above (we would give 6s or 7s if we could), but beyond those, he is just a nice guy and pleasant to work with. Those two qualities, in my opinion, are just as important as the ones rated with the stars. Buying or selling a house can be stressful, but when your agent is calm and has a sense of humor, it tends to lower the overall stress level and help maintain sanity! He also exceeds the minimum required in the agent-client relationship. Even after we closed on our recent house, when we were having trouble getting in the door, he was willing to drop what he was doing and come help. You don't get that from everyone - we know, we've seen the other side of that coin too.
In short, whether someone is buying or selling a house, they could not do better than Joe Estabrooks.…More Less
