Sold a Single Family home in 2008 for approximately $425K in Milton, MA.
We have had the privilege to work with Tullish and Clancy twice in the last 8 years . I have worked primarily with Joe Clancy Jr., but have also had interaction with Joe Sr. and Mike Clancy. When it comes to professionalism and integrity, it is clear that the apples do not fall far from the tree. Bought a home in 2011.
Joe Clancy was a great agent to work with. He helped me through the process of buying my first home. Being my first time, I had a million questions throughout the process and he was able to answer them all for me. Joe showed me about 8 homes before I found one that I fell in love with. Throughout the process, I truly felt like I was his only client, and that he was always available to me. He went out of his way to meet my schedule, work with my less-than-cooperative mortgage lender, and was not at all hesitant to get involved with the short sale that I ultimately bought.
