Bought a Condo home in 2013 for approximately $300K in Davis, CA.
Joe is most likely the best real estate agent in Davis area. For us he is the best agent we have worked with in a long time.
Working with Joe felt like we had friend doing the job of an agent for us. Joe was responsive, flexible, available, very professional, and constantly looking out for us. We were looking for about 3 months and had seen at least 20-25 properties before settling for one- not once during that time we felt rushed or any signs of Joe being tired of us being picky! Properties we looked at included some of his own listings but he showed equal enthusiasm and professionalism when informing us. I would highly recommend Joe and would certainly go back to him the next time we are in the market for buying and selling!…More Less

Very professional and easy to work with. Joe was extremely knowledgable about every step of the process. We have already started telling our friends we know a great agent to work with.
