Welcome to sunny Bayview. I say this with a genuine passion as I have lived in the heart of Bayview for over 7 years. The neighborhood is alive, vibrant, and exciting in its eclectic diversity.
I believe it is fundamentally important to be an ambassador to the community for both sellers and buyers. My clients and fellow real estate associates started calling me the nickname "Johnny Bayview" a while back. While more than a bit humorous, there is some real substance behind it.
I have represented more than $18 million in transactions with sellers and buyers in the greater Bayview (94124) neighborhood. Moreover, I personally have invested in and own four rental properties in the area in addition to my own residence on Palou. As such I am very familiar with market trends, the good streets and the ones to avoid, local restaurants, shops, and people. Significantly - how to present our neighborhood at its very best. Being a rental property owner, I am on top of current rent valuations, tenant profiles, and the long term growth potential of investments in the neighborhood.
I am proud to say with integrity that I truly do Walk The Talk.
John''''s approachable, professional, and ethical character has brought him much success with many sellers and buyers since jumping into the circus that is San Francisco real estate. Not only in Bayview, but in all neighborhoods of the city including Noe Valley, Castro, Bernal, Mission, Potrero, SOMA, Richmond, Sunset, Cow Hollow, Ingleside, Nob Hill, etc.
While not working John donates time to non-profits including the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, Habitat for Humanity, Marriage Equality California to name a few. He is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys skiing, biking, in-line skating, hiking, walking his dog.
