John Berrini is the most flexable agent that I have ever worked with. I have been looking at houses for over two years now and been with several agents. John gave me access to the Mutiple Listing Service or MLS which is where all agents upload the houses that they have for sale. It is a more accurate way to view properties than Realitor.com, Trulia, or Zillow and you don't get the misinformation due to lag that you get with these sites. He scheduled us showings after 6:00 which was convenient for us after work.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $150K in Haverhill, MA.
john worked with us over the last several months on the purchase of our home. This was a short sale and the process was complicated, time consuming and occasionally stressful. He was also very careful to keep us well-informed at every step. I don't know how we could have gotten through this without him. John had a wealth of knowledge and patience with us throughout this process which he handled with tremendous professionalism.
