Bought a Condo home in 2013 for approximately $375K in Dilworth, Charlotte, NC.
Only five stars? My partner and I give him ten! Greg describes John as a true pro - a realtor who is proactive in helping his clients both find the home of their dreams and then negotiate and navigate the complicated process of acquiring it. What impressed me most was his willingness to listen, to take time to both understand our lifestyle and taste and then help us hone our wish list into what would ultimately translate into the perfect home in the perfect location at the price we wanted to pay. Because I am new to Charlotte, he spent a great deal of time showing me the relative strengths and drawbacks to specific neighborhoods, drawing on both his years in real estate and his status as a Charlotte native. I truly felt he had our backs every step of the way, not the least of which included keeping me from making a I-want-it-gotta-have-it-right-now-even-if-it's-wrong decision! Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $425K in Oxford Hunt, Charlotte, NC.
John is a knowledgeable and attentive agent who worked hard to get us a house in Charlotte that fit our needs. He is really the perfect agent because he did not pressure us at all, but would respond to our questions and requests right away. He really listened to what we wanted and helped us to find a house that we love. He has a good attention to detail and was able to help us to understand what could have been a complicated process. He was also happy to provide us with recommendations for other people that we needed in this process (such as an inspector and mortgage lender) who worked out great.
