Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $125K in Omaha, NE.
We were on a lower budget for John, and he located all the housings in our budget and we went to a couple of them, nothing that meet my needs. John was driving a round in the area we wanted and came across a beautiful house. He didn't think it was in our budget until he went and searched for it and it was! John did a wonderful job showing us this house. We had a little hiccup when we put our offer in, but he work with the other agent to have our offer be the second choice for the owners.
