Bought a home in 2013.
We used John Fagan to help us buy our first house and we were very impressed with his knowledge and expertise. We were not sure what to expect in buying our first home, but he was very thorough in explaining the process and helping us through everything from start to finish. We ended up using the builder's lender and having a loan officer with such poor communication skills that we did not know what was going on most of the time. With John on our side, however, he was able to clarify everything for us and relieve a lot of the stress that the loan officer caused. I would highly recommend John to anyone looking to buy or sell a home! You will be glad you chose Superior Realty Partners

Sold a Condo home in 2013 in Fairgrounds, San Jose, CA.
Whether by phone, email or text, John did a great job keeping us up to date throughout the process of selling our home. It removed all the guesswork and potential uncertainties, and made us feel comfortable and well informed at all times. I will definitely recommend John to anyone I know selling or buying a house.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Morgan Hill, CA.
I've known John for a few years now. When my husband and I decided to sell our house to move closer to our offices, it was a scary, and potentially painful proposition in our minds. The original purchase of our home was anything but smooth, but with John the sale of our home was quick, and painless. We were only on the market for a little over a week before taking an offer for our asking price with all conditions we were requesting. The closing was on time, and the search for our new home only took a few weeks. We will gladly work with John again, and highly recomend him.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Ponderosa, Sunnyvale, CA.
John was a great help in getting our grandmothers house onto the market and ready to sell. He spent a good deal of time with the family trying to help us all get everything organized and prepared. His thoughts and insights to the real estate market made getting this process done in a timely fashion, which was a necessity. He was quick to respond with questions, and had solutions for most any problem we encountered along the way. His thoroughness, and willingness to follow through make him an excellent agent for getting top dollar for your home. I highly recommend John and his team, and look forward to working with him the future.

My husband and I have a great experience with John. It took us a while to find our perfect home, but he was positive and willing to show us as many houses as it took until found the right one! He was always available by phone or email and incredibly helpful. We will definitely use him again and refer him to anyone looking to buy/sell.

Sold a home in 2012.
John was our realtor for a shortsale on our primary home. He took care of everything from open house, private showings, dealing with the banks and was on top of all issues as they occured. We literally just signed a papers and vacated the home during showings. John handled a situation where the 1st buyer dropped out and we had to scramble to secure a 2nd buyer which was done in a matter of days! He had very good knowledge about the short sale process and pointed us to a real estate lawyer who answered all the nitty gritty details. I reccomend him with out any reservation.

It's definitely frustrating when a buyer backs out when you finally get approval after working with the bank for 2 months, but that's the life of short sales. Luckily it was only a couple sleepless nights while we found another buyer and it went pretty smoothly from there. I can't thank you guys enough for the opportunity and being so easy going with the process; you guys were "dream" clients for a real estate broker.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $400K in Morgan Hill, CA.
John was very helpful and extremely knowledgable about the whole process. As a first time home buyer I was very nervous and uneasy about some of the process. John was there every step of the way to make me feel comfortable and assured with everything.. Once we found the house that I had been desperately searching for he "made it happen"!!! I would recommend John to all of my friends and family with out hesitation!!
He was/is extremely professional and goes way above and beyond to get you what you want..
I will use John in every future house buying/selling transaction.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $650K in Morgan Hill, CA.
John Fagan was most helpful during an extremely difficult time for my Family. He went above and beyond the call of duty in many ways including: boxing of items and moving boxes and furniture to the garage, cleanup the day of closing when I was out of town, paying the gardener to spruce up the yard and add curb appeal that brought in a buyer willing to pay above list price. He actually paid for some of these services, help without which we would not the good outcome that we have today.

Sold a home in 2011.
I jokingly call John a magician, because he managed to get my short-sale approved when I was told by several people including lawyers and lenders that there was no chance due to my situation. I was prepared to walk away from the property and have it go into foreclosure. However, John sought me out, and in a very respectful way, convinced me that he would do his best in short-selling the property. John was very responsive during the whole process, and even went a step above in keeping my renters up-to-date. I would HIGHLY recommend John to anyone who is interested in buying or selling a house: you will not be disappointed with his knowledge, effort, and attitude.

Thank you for the nice review, it means a lot. My CDPE training and experience in short sales really helped streamline the process, and we needed it on this one. No one thought we could list your home 67 days before the foreclosure date and have it sold and closed in time...but we did it. Hopefully, homeowners in a similar situation will realize they have options.
