Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Staunton, VA.
John is the type person that makes you feel comfortable and relaxed while around him. He talks to you in a manner that helps you understand the entire process and never has anyone but you in mind when recommending or showing a home. I have the highest level of trust in John and would always recommend his services. A real pleasure to have had him represent me.

Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2013 in Staunton, VA.
I HAD TWO REALTORS BEFORE MR. FARMER. THEY COULD ONLY TALK ABOUT WHAT THEY THOUGHT WERE THE NEGETIVE THINGS IN THE HOUSE. MR. FARMER FROM THE FIRST TIME IN THE HOUSE TALKED ABOUT ALL THE NICE FEATURES OF THE HOUSE. HE HAS ADVERTISED IN OUR PAPER MANY TIMES AND GIVEN SUGGESTIONS ON PRICING, WHICH WERE TAKEN. HE HAS HAD OPEN HOUSE AND I FEEL HE IS DOING EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO SELL THE HOUSE. I WILL HAVE HIM AS THE REALTOR TILL I SEE A "SOLD " SIGN. HE RESPONSE TO ALL EMAIL I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO MY FRIENDS IN NEED OF A REALTOR.

We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in Augusta, VA
John has been assisting us find a commercial property for us to move our business. He is very knowledgeable about our local area and goes above and beyond to get information we request. Although we have not found the perfect location yet I am sure he will find it in due time. We are currently using his services and plan on continuing utilizing him until we find that perfect place.

Showed home in 2010.
John has been working with me for over a year now. He has been patient with me as I try to get all my finances in order. He has just been more of a good friend through the process instead of "just an agent". The time he has spent looking for houses, negotiating, showing houses has been incredible and most appreciated!

Sold a home in 2009.
John was our agent when we sold our last home and was also our agent in the purchase of our new home. He is now listing a piece of property that we have. I highly recommend John. He always responds quickly to our questions or concerns. He is professional, but yet down to earth with a great personality. Be sure to use John Farmer, you won't be dissapointed.

Bought a home in 2011.
We bought a house with John Farmer's expertise and kind assistance. He listened carefully to all of our questions and "demands". This was not the first time we had bought a home and we knew just what we were looking for. Working with him is like working with a close friend who understands everything you are looking for in a home. He was very patient with us and assisted us with all the details and stress that goes along with buying a home. He was always available either by phone or email and met with us many times over the weekends we were in town. I would not hesitate to recommend John Farmer and found him to be a fine professional Realtor.

Helped me rent a Single Family home in Waynesboro, VA.
John help my family and find a great in we facing some personal hardships. He worked very hard for us and treat us very professional and friendly. My wife and I work opposite schedules John worked around our schedule to meet our needs and demands. One office visit he entertained our 3yr daughter while we search for a place. Since the he helped my mom and grandmother with the purchase of thier new home. Currently John is search for house purchase and recommended a great mortgage broker for our family as our lease ends in April. I would strongly recommend John Farmer for all housing and real-estate needs..

Sold a home in 2010.
Mr. Farmer, was so great in handling our house in Waynesboro,Va. He done everything we asked of them to do to sell it, Mr Farmer did just that plus more. Mr Farmer works hard on getting the word out to get homes sold. If I need to buy a house he will be the first to call. Thank's to Mr.Farmer, he got us in our new home now. It's been 18 mos. now and we love it.
