John Fitzgerald (Fitz) has been a licensed broker since 1974. He worked initially in one of the first condominium conversions in Washington, DC – Cathedral Park - located at 3100 Connecticut Ave NW. He has worked exclusively in condominium project brokerage since that time, brokering over 40 buildings in Washington DC and suburban Maryland. During that time, he created brochures and marketing materials and managed the staffing an open houses for all the condominium projects. He has also assisted the developers in the creation and design of the building's lobbies and model units. Fitz is fluent in Spanish and French – a handy trait in this international city.
