    Helped me rent a Condo home in Garment District, New York, NY.
    John helped my girlfriend and I relocate from Seattle, Washington to New York City in Manhattan. We coordinated a 36 hour window to be in New York and tour apartments with in the city with John. The week leading up to our arrival John was engaged 100% communicating tentative properties and options for different neighborhoods. Because of the rental market in New York and how quickly quality properties are swept up, a week out is the generally the most that can be planned.

    We arrived on Thursday night and were set to go with John on Friday morning. He had a full schedule for the entire day with appointments coordinated and on-site representatives ready to meet with us every 30 minutes starting from 9:30am on. John really did his homework and put in the time to make sure our tour was seamless. Every property was within the guidelines that we spoke of, and we were able to find our new home at the The Continental after looking at about 6 other properties. The location is great and we love our new building.

    I must admit initially that I was skeptical about using a broker to find a rental because I'd never needed one in the past and had no knowledge of how daunting the task could be, especially coming from out of town. After working with John, I would recommend him to anyone. He is a true professional and goes the extra mile to make sure that his client's needs are met.    …MoreLess

    Bought a Cooperative home in 2013 in Financial District, New York, NY.
    This Ex Marine is very detailed and seems to work throughout the night. I have never been exposed/shown as many listings that were Exactly what I was looking for. I cant hold him in any higher regard, thank you John.
