Note that sometimes it's not so clear on the Zillow.com site whether I am the listing agent for a particular home, or simply an agent with experience in that experience. Please make sure you double check so that your expectations are correct to the situation.
Also note that sometimes the listing status of properties on Zillow.com is not accurate as either the database hasn't been updated from the MLS or the listing agent hasn't updated their listing manually. This is why sometimes I am in the unenviable position of having to tell buyers who contact me off Zillow.com that the property they want to see is no longer available.
Finally, please recognize that Zestimates are usually very broad estimates of value arrived at by a formulaic calculation. They often have little if any relation to the actual market value of a property. Properties vary widely in size, location, and condition even if they have the same number of bedrooms and bathrooms. If you look closely, you'll see Zillow.com has such a disclosure on their website.
