The service and personal attention we received from John Nayduch of Century 21 was exceptional! He helped us find the perfect home in the location we wanted and within our price range. His professional manner, knowledge, and attention to detail took alot of the pressure off us and that was greatly appreciated. John was always available to answer questions or address concerns we brought up. He was very patient with us, even when we put house hunting on hold for a few months and never once pressured us through out this process. We can't thank him enough for all his hard work and dedication. We could not have asked for a better realtor and will recommend him to our family and friends who are looking to sell or buy a home. We found John an immense help in finding our town house at 1230 White Birch Lane. He was always a calm, and constant, knowledgeable source of information and advice.

He also helped with how to use the various layouts or floor plans of the homes we reviewed. We enjoyed getting to know him and working with him and we would wholeheartedly recommend him to others.

John never tried to give us a hard sell. He would explain things, make suggestions, but basically let us make our own minds up. When we told him, for example, that a certain property was overpriced, he agreed. But when he thought it was fairly priced, he would tell us so.

John is a hard working young man who quickly inspires confidence. I feel sure he will make a success of this career, which is relatively new to him. When we sell our current home, we will certainly ask John to handle it.
