If you are interested in selling or buying real estate of any kind,  I can help.  I have extensive experience helping clients buy and sell homes, condos, cabins, commercial, industrial and recreational properties.  I have done consulting pertaining to title searches of County Records; subdividing and assembling all types of land parcels; given presentations in numerous planning&zoning meeting; and given input to developers on their proposed projects.  I also do Property Management services for renting of commercial, inductrial and residentual properties.

I started my own real estate company 7 years ago after working 6 years at a large (approximately 250 agents) office in the Union Park area.  Those were wonderful years at that office and I gained valuable experience in starting my own company.

I have listed and sold real estate properties in every county in Utah except for 3 (Kane, Piute and Garfield).
