John P Smith

     John Smith is a native son of the Deep South, from just outside New Orleans. After an adventurous youth, discovering unknown tribes in New Guinea, and exploring horticulture in Southeast Asia and the Americas, John moved to Capitol Hill, Washington, DC, where he and his talented and patient wife, and his animated footstool, aka cat, lived, loved, and renovated a variety of classic townhomes, old and new.

     Becoming a real estate agent, John suffered from an inability to set limits on his assistance to his clients, and an almost super-human ability to work from pre-sunrise to post-sunset. He quickly moved from novice to neophyte to number ONE Prudential Real Estate Agent in Washington, DC; a position he has held for many years.

    With his talented and tireless staff, he shows an almost encyclopedic knowledge of the Hill and Washington, DC; vast experience in all the various details of buying and/or selling a home, often to the same people at the same time! Now, if he could just remember where he left his cell phone . . .
