Bought a Condo home in 2015 for approximately $475K in Newburyport, MA.

I started my search, on line, on a Sunday night. Left a message as it was his property. He called me back within 5 minutes (Very impressive as it was about 9:00pm). Always answers his phone. Knows the town well and knows the process. Carried binoculars in his car so we could look at chimney conditions. Would get into crawl spaces to see how insulation was, conditions of vents, etc. Great realtor!  More Less
