We have initially chosen John Paunan of Integrity Mortgage Corporation because of the positive reviews at Zillow.com. Right away, John emailed a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) on 9/23/09. We applied for a new loan (refinance) application online on 9/29/09 and were able to close on 11/06/2009. I still can't believe that the whole process was done online (email, fax, phone). We did have an issue getting a subordination agreement from our bank where we have a home equity loan but John was able to help us tremendously in speeding up the process. John and his staff are very responsive to whatever questions we have. I think this is the best customer service we have experienced in a long while!!!!!

I have to say, John was the most straight laced, honest, well educated - reputable broker I?ve dealt with. I personally have had bad experiences with brokers in the past who kept their pay check and what was best for them at the forefront and for John it was the complete opposite. He always made recommendations based of MY best interests and was extremely accessible. I would highly recommend John to anyone who is in the market.

This was the most "pain-free" process ever. John was extremely accessible, very responsive and delivered 100% on the re-fi. We highly recommend John.

My refi was extremely complicated but John made it happen. I highly recommend him. He was honest, straight forward, answered all my questions in a timely manner and never gave up on my refi.

I am a first time home buyer and spent quite some time looking for a house and searching for mortgage loan. I started out without any clue about home buying and got a quote on Zillow from John Paunan. He is very responsive and very knowledgable like the others have mentioned. He is personable and honest when approached. He always help me out with my quetions and doubts about morgages. He was one of the two lenders that I have picked out after much comparision at the end. I ended up applying for another lender but will definitely keep his contact info for future refinancing or second home purchase. His reviews are solid and I hope he stays in the local.

John kept on top of all the requirements and issues related to my FHA loan at a time when rules were set to change. John was very knowledgeable and prompt throughout the process. I credit John with making my home buying process go very smoothly.

John is honest, reliable, fast, and thorough. Would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase or refinance a home within Illinois. My only complaint is that he does not provide financing in other states! Thanks again John and I look forward to using you again in the future.

John was excellent! Great service and availablity (the man would even answer e-mails on Saturday night!), and he was able to answer any and all questions that came up. We really wanted a 15-year loan and, when we ran into a bit of a snafu in terms of the loan parameters, John came up with a solution which allowed us to keep the 15-year term and the low rate. And speaking of rates, he always kept an eye on the rates for us. In fact, he asked if we'd like to push back our closing by a few days so that we could get an even lower rate (and the rate we had to begin with was really good!). I can't say enough about how knowledgeable and accessible John was. This was, by far, the easiest re-fi we've EVER done!!! I'd highly recommend John, and we'll definitely keep his name and number handy in case we ever need his services again.
