I chose John and integrity mortgage because of the good reviews I saw on zillow. I was skeptic at first, but when I started working with John I saw that all the reviews were true. When John was out of town his assistant Sara was always very helpful. Of course there will be a lot of paperwork, but worth it in the end. We were done in a month. Thank you John.

The whole real estate game is pretty crazy in the age of the internet - there are just so many people in the sales game who are out to get theirs, rather than be straightforward about what's best for you. My experience with John Paunan was refreshing in light of that. He was direct and to the point about everything, and was way more honest than so many other people I encountered while calling around. It turned out that the best deal for my situation was not through him, so I didn't do the mortgage with him (unless this other place pulls a bait and switch...), but that was more due to a special case scenario from an existing relationship I have with a bank. He typically is going to meet or beat other rates. The next time a friend asks me where to go for a mortgage loan, I'm sending them straight to John.

Closed a refi with John and Integrity Mortgage on 3/16/12. John was always available throughout the process to answer questions and explain the in's and out's of my refi. There were no surprises on closing day except for it actually cost LESS than previously thought. Definitely a good surprise to have! I have already recommended John to friends and I will continue to do so.

Used Integrity Mortgage based on these reviews and we were not disappointed. Recieved a very good refinance rate along with great customer service. John helped us through the process, was quick to answer questoins, and worked with the lender to ensure we got what we asked for.

Closed refinance loan.Summary:
John was very easy to work with. He is the the first and single point of contact through out the process and was very responsive. A few minor errors were made by the processors, which he was quick to clarify and/or provide corrections. Unfortunately, the appraiser they chose to use rated our property below even the tax assessor's office, so we are being required to carry PMI for the first time ever. However, this due to the state of the housing market, not John. Additionally, we requested the option to be able to waive escrow, which we were told we were eligible for, that is, until the appraisal.
Overall - John was great at answering all of our questions is a very timely manner, and I would likely use his services again, should the need arise.

I solicited John's services through his website. I found him incredibly responsive, thorough, and helpful. On top of that, he really works fast! Although I didn't end up getting a loan through John, I would definitely recommend him to others. Note, my feedback is unsolicited.

John was an awesome help in the whole process of purchasing my first home. He was completely available and understanding. John was excellent at explaining the papers and making sure all was in order, thanks so much. If I ever am again in the market for property I will definitley go with John again without a second thought.

John Paunan with Integrity Mortgage was the most professional, efficient, prompt, knowledgeable expert my husband and I have ever dealt with in home mortgage matters and this was our second home purchase with a home mortgage modification in our past as well. The loan he obtained, the interest rate and rebates he collected for our benefit by far surpassed any rational expectation we had. John never hesitated to answer any of the million questions we had over this 9 month process. He helped us and advised us every step of the way. I will recommend John to anybody in need of a loan. But fortunetely and unfortunetly as well, we will likely never need to work with John again because the loan is just that stellar!!

Closed refinance loan.Summary:
I closed my refi w/ John last week. It was quick and smooth process. I did refi several years ago on another property directly w/ a big bank, it was night and day comparison. I wish I knew John/Integrity back then, I am certain it would save me several thousand dollars and a lot of headaches. I highly recommend John and Integrity.

John was wonderful to work with. He responded extremely quickly to every question we had for him and he was able to find the cheapest structure for our mortgages. He was very honest every step of the way and made sure everything was ready to close on time. We have referred friends to him already and plan to continue to do so.
