We recently worked with Integrity on a home refinance. John was very efficient and responsive throughout the process. There were a few quirks with the loan process, but John was quick to help explain and make them understandable. Furthermore, when a discrepancy appeared with the quoted and final fees associated with closing the loan he immediately rectified the problem. And, of course, we got a great rate and are very happy with the end result. Great work.
