John proudly serves all of Northern Colorado, Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor, Greeley &  surrounding areas and specializes in residential (resale and new construction) and relocation.

John's professional Qualifications are:Fluent in both English and Spanish, Member of the Loveland/Berthoud Board of Realtors, Member of the Fort Collins Board of Realtors, Member of the Colorado Association of Realtors, Member of the National Association of Realtors, Member of the Homebuilder's Association of Northern Colorado. 

John joined The Group, Inc. in 2006 and quickly received the Loveland/Berthoud Board of Realtors "Rookie of the Year" award. In 2009 John was voted by the Northern Colorado Business Report as one of the top "40 Professionals Under 40". He has 18 years experience in sales, marketing and hospitality.  He is actively involved as a member of Timberline Church in Fort Collins and is an active participant in the Loveland, Fort Collins, and Greeley, Chamber of Commerce. John is part of the Greeley campaign, "From the Ground Up". He is frequently asked to be a guest speaker at the Ninja Selling Conferences hosted by Larry Kendall in Fort Collins, CO.

John was born and raised in California, and he attended and graduated from Dallas High School in Oregon and then studied Business Management in college. He was stationed in Hunter Army Airfield, 1st Ranger Battalion, Savannah Georgia, where he met his future wife Ana. John and Ana were married on June 30th, 1997. In July of 1999, Ana and John moved to Northern Colorado, where they quickly fell in love with the people  and the beauty of the area. On August 3, 2007, they welcomed their first and only child, Evan.
