Summary:

Sold a home in 2011.

Summary:

We really enjoy working with John Simmons. He put our house for sale with him and he went beyond we expected to prepare our house for sale. He got it sold way faster than what we expected.

We also bought a house with him and he was really patient with us and always gave us his professional opinion without pushing us or making us feel uncomfortable. He works with a great staff too. Thank you John!!!

In July of 1999, Ana and John moved to Northern Colorado, where they quickly fell in love with the people and the beauty of the area. On August 3, 2007, they welcomed their first and only child, Evan.
