Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Blaine, MN.Summary:
John was very friendly and accommodating. We were trying to buy a house in a specific price range and with lot of constraints to it. He showed great enthusiasm along with us, and made sure we had all the information we needed to make a sound purchase. As we were looking for Short sell which can get really tiresome process, John was the only thing that kept us going.
Not only was he knowledgeable about the area and the process, but he responded in no time to any of the questions I had about the house or house buying process. He even worked late hours to make sure our offer gets in time to the seller. It was clear that he was honest and straightforward which totally surprised us. I will certainly come to John with any future real estate needs I may have, and will strongly recommend him to any of my friends who are ready to enter into home ownership.…More Less
