Sold a home in 2013.
John assisted my husband and I with buying our first home 3.5 years ago. We bought a short sale which was a process but he was great and always got back to us in a very timely manner. This fall we decided to sell our house to move farther out of the cities. We sold our house in less than 1 day. In part this was due to the way that john advertises and the excellent photographer he had take pictures to post online. We then bought our next house with the help of john. He acts as though you are his only clients. He is not pushy and knows the market very well. We have already recommended john to family and friends and wouldn't hesitate to use his services again. John helped us get our house on the market quickly. The professional photos he had taken of our home turned out great for the listing. The process for showings was very smooth and we had two offers the second day our house was on the market.
