Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2014 in Cape Carteret, NC.
he has done more in 2 weeks than the other agent did in 3 months the house has only been on the market for the (second time) for just a couple of weeks. I wished had went with john vesco first my house would have been sold instead we wasted 3 months messing around with someone else. AWSOME AGENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $100K in Havelock, NC.
I asked him to hold my hand and walk me through the process of purchasing my home and he did just that. Whenever I called him, he'd answer right away...no voice mail, no "I'll give him the message", no BS...he answered his phone. He went the step beyond by answering all of my questions, offering his trailer to help me move, stepping in for me when I didn't have the time to contact someone, gave me references to call for a licensed contractor, plumber, etc...and not just HIS preference, but several choices. I cannot imagine this experience without him. I would not do it without him. John Vesco is honest and can be trusted. He knows the business.
Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $325K in Newport, NC.
John Vesco and his staff are extremely professional and pleasant to work with. I am confident in their abilities as real estate experts to assist buyers and sellers with the process of transitioning from one home to another.
Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $150K in Newport, NC.
We listed our home with a different company. We thought going with a national company, they would know the business inside and out and have our home sold in no time. Long story short, our realtor was lazy and didn't do a thing to sell our home, we listed with them for 2 months and only got one showing and that was from a different realtor. We dumped her and went with John Vesco. He is amazing, we got loads of information from him, he sent weekly reports, telling us how many people viewed our home online. Whenever there was a showing the buyers were given a survey telling us what they thought of the home, so we could make improvements where needed. We had many showings and mutliple offers. Our house was under contract in just over 2 months.
