Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Essex Fells, NJ.
John was all we could have hoped for in an agent. He knew everything there was to know about the ins and outs of Essex Fells and surrounding towns. John spent a lot of time coordinating and being our point man for estimates, inspections, etc. once we found the home we were interested in purchasing. His contacts throughout the professional home renovation community allowed us to get quick yet thorough answers to our questions and concerns. Bought a home in 2013.
After working with a realtor who didn't really listen to us and seemed to pawn us off on her associate husband whenever we wanted to view homes, we were referred to John Haydu. We felt listened to as soon as we spoke to John and he immediately made us feel comfortable with his knowledge level. He was always available whenever we had questions or wanted to view a home. When we found something we were interested in, he would call up the agent and get all of the information and get right back to us. When we found our home, John was with us every step of the way and helped us negotiate a purchase price helped us win out over another offer. John is top notch. Every step along the way he was there. We were lucky to find him. There is alot of things that need to be navigated through as first time buyers.
