While attending DePaul University, in search of an apartment, I noticed a lack of support for students in my situation. Upon this realization, I began my business plan for Renters Refuge, Chicago's first student-focused, and student-owned real estate brokerage. With the market crash of 2008, the economy tumbled and buyers and sellers turned to renters and landlords. In 2011, two years after incorporating Renters Refuge, I was honored by a mention in the WSJ. Prudential Rubloff then acquired Renters Refuge and a life outside of apartment rentals was born.
With my extensive experience in renting investment properties, I built a loyal client base, which in result gave me the opportunity to sell client's spec homes as the market began to turn around. My education and understanding of the real estate market is first and foremost. Proceeding is service, reliability, and consistency. By learning everything possible about a home prior to showing, clients along with agents know to expect a proficient, professional and mutually beneficial working relationship.
Your home or property needs are my first interest and specialty. I am not a volume broker with dozens of listings and a large team. What I offer is boutique service with a level of expertise and professionalism that should be expected in a results-driven business. Supported by the worlds most respected company, Berkshire Hathaway (Barron's 2013), I am able to provide global reach and exposure, local expertise and world-class marketing.
