Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $1.325M in Fauntleroy, Seattle, WA.

Probably the finest real estate agent I've ever worked with. John Thompson is a man of integrity. He is thoughtful, responsive, knowledgeable, thorough and gracious. Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $525K in Fairmount Park, Seattle, WA.

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $250K in North Delridge, Seattle, WA.

My daughter in Seattle and my wife and I (on the east coast) bought a house in SW Seattle through John and his team. Our goals were a bit complicated (a house allowing a kitchen and bathroom renovations without pricing itself out of its neighborhood, along with a basement or workshop). We looked at pre-foreclosures, owner sellers and broker sales and eventually bought an estate sale house at what we feel was an good price. John Thompson and his team were there to guide us through the entire process to closure with lots of emails and personal attention.  More Less
