Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $300K in Holden, MA.
My husband Ed and I are so thankful for the expertise of Mr. John Savignano. Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $650K in Hopkinton, MA.
John was very willing to deal with contractors when they need access to the home. We have already moved away from the area and he took care of coordinating all works at the home. He was always professional in his interactions with us.

Bought a Condo home in 2011 for approximately $250K in Marlborough, MA.
We contacted John as the listing agent for a home in our neighborhood that we were interested in purchasing as an investment property. That home was no longer available, but he showed us several more homes and guided us through three offers, including a short sale, before we closed on a house. We pulled out of the short sale (because of issues with the property and frustration with the seller's bank and realtor), which John expertly handled. Then he skillfully negotiated a quick close on the perfect house for us.
