Sold a Single Family home in 2014 in Cielito Lindo, Albuquerque, NM.

John helped us buy a great home in Albuquerque about four years ago, and we were happy to retain him to sell that same home when we were forced to relocate out of state. He has gone the extra mile for us again and again, on both transactions. His marketing plan has been aggressive and we are very pleased over all. Our initial purchase required some creative financing, but he made it happen for us when no one else could... and now that our home is on the market again (and we are out of state), he's been working overtime to help it sell.

I would not hesitate to suggest John to anyone wanting to buy or sell a home in ABQ.

Sold a home in 2013.

John is the best real estate agent I've worked with during both the selling and purchasing processes. He was patient with us during the process, even though our list of priorities in a home changed somewhat during the time we worked with John.

I would highly recommend John Sabourin to anyone seeking a real estate expert in the Albuquerque area.  More Less

We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in Arenal, NM 87121

This agent & his associates failed miserably to live up the promises of services they boast about on their website. John is a fast talker and hooks you into believing he is there for you but once any paperwork is signed you never hear back from him. He is difficult to reach, you spend a majority of your time leaving messages that are never returned, or you are pawned off on an inexperienced assistant. You are made to feel like a burden by calling to obtain basic information that should be a standard service from an agent. He is disorganized and lost paperwork several times, resulting in myself and the other party having to resend it several times. His time frames are unrealistic and you come to find it's all lip service. He cost me a deal & I have since moved on and have found another agent that actually values my business and customer satisfaction. Very disappointed in this agent and how he runs his company. I would never recommend John Sabourin or Home Authority.  More Less
